Some of our products are made-to-order and/or customized; therefore, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, improper sizing, etc. Please review our sizing guides carefully for each item.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. Please attach photos of the damaged item to your complaint email as we will need these to process a refund!
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. To place a claim, please contact us via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
